entry lama dulu part 1 tahun lepas, bulan april. boleh refer kat sini, detailed, terperinci gitu. bagi yang mencari2 tips tentang persiapan menuju ke alam pekerjaan, jangan segan2 kelik, okey? baru tukar tajuk entry, dat's why tak tally ngan url. hoho..
entry dulu is a must! before belek2 entry ni. hokey??
i've promised to write, so here we go..
it is easy to get job in an entry level. what i mean is actually for graduates or school leavers. kenapa? becoz at this time, usually they lacking of working experiences, not really familiar with the working environment, not aware of the terms, rules n regulations. senang citer, maybe dis time, bersikap cincai sket. asal dapat keje, keje n dapat gaji. dis is the conditions of an entry level seekers.
however, not to neglect the rights lah. cumanya, read carefully on the things stated in the offer letter n ask the employers. basic things dat u have to understand include your basic salary, overtime {o.t} paid (adakah wujud for you to claim), annual leaves n medical leaves, your probation period, confirmation or contract, epf n socso, working hours n ur job scopes/descriptions.
those are basics. n now we're moving on to the intermediate stage. kelas pertengahan. oh, kelas gitu perkataan.
one thing dat i learned, it is quite hard to get new job if these conditions applied. if, u have the experiences but never having the qualification. if, u want to change your field to a new different dan tak berkait sama sekali dengan current job/qualification. if, ur salary with current company is already high. if, u have a lot of relevant experiences but the future company maybe wanting to get sumone with much lower expectation of pay.
n so far, i've experienced it all. for the time being. maybe darah pejuang tu ada dalam diri kot, fighting! fighting to get sumting dat is different from anybody else.
i'm giving some leak-out questions dat might help to help u in the process. dis, i refer to books n experiences n apape thinkable gitu, in order to give me some confidence. oh baidewei, my self-esteem is quite low n dat's what i'm trying to boost up from time to time. so, i've created this list n prepares the answers in most convincing way n berlatih n try to memorize so that i tak gugup during interview. alah, open source gitu. android? u can make urself one too.
the general question ialah..
"please tell me about yourself.."
soalan macam simple kan? tapi yang paling penting ialah isi kandungan "about myself".
what i've did, ialah categorizing this question to some parts so that my sentences akan nampak tersusun. nampak kemas. walaupun i have to remember n practice many times. maybe more to non-repetition answers n words.
basically "myself" dipecahkan kepada the following parts:
1. greetings, name, age, tempat tinggal
2. current job n responsibilities
3. let's say you have some portfolios, u may elaborate much more on that by portfolio 1 and 2 and ecetra
4. description of ur working/personal qualities

Hi, morning. My name is Nana (bukan nama sebenar). I am 26 years old. I live in Shah Alam with my parents.
Currently I'm working in a (jenis company) in (place) which is (nama company) as (position). There, I monitor the office sundry, stationery and bank's security documents. I also do checkings for bankruptcy and preparing quotations (blablabla).
I also help my Account side, mostly in preparing official receipts upon payments made by clients, maintaining proper records in the accounts. Other jobs including preparing bank reconciliation and documents for Bank Drafts.
Aparts of these two portfolios, I has been given responsibilities to handle the other business of the firm which is (describe). Basically, I handle most of the things here including (describe).
As you can see from my resume, I am a multi-task person. I am able to handle a lot of task in a particular time. I am keen to learn about new knowledge and skills even though it is different from what I have learned and practiced before. I am able to work independently and interact with many levels of people. I am also flexible and willing to travel and work extra hours. I am a fast learner, reliable and able to work under pressure.
as promised, the demo. mine, is much more than this sebab banyak nak elaborate kan? the one untuk personal qualities, actually boleh amik from ur resume. kan ada point2, so just take beberapa n explain. takyah la amik suma, mengantuk nanti interviewer. ehehe.. macam dalam demo ni pun, not all i include. but make sure that u choose the strong ones to be ur points. strong in terms of apa yang majikan perlukan from interviewee.
next, u can prepare answers to these questions. tapi mungkin tak perlu lah include dalam "myself" tu. just, prepare n u already know the answers n when u speak, the word is right.
1. tell me about yourself
2. tell me why u've done so many jobs in ur current company
3. tell me why do u want to resign
4. tell me about ur strength and weakness
5. tell me how u see yourself in 5 years time
6. tell us ur advantages
7. tell me what ur qualities that important for us in hiring u
8. do u prefer to work indepently or in a team situation?
sket je la. lapan. but this is very much actually. i once got dis interview dat lacking of these questions n cost me satu setengah jam bersembang with the bos. just jawab question number one jer kott.
don't worry much. u can handle that lah. jangan cakap buruk2 pasal current company or the bosses. too high expectation sangat pun tak okey jugak. jangan gopoh-gapah. jangan nampak seperti tak bersedia. just sit back n relax. mesti boleh punyaaaa..
another tips of getting a job from aspek kerohanian. bagus diamalkan cara ni. amalkan selalu membaca surah al-waqiah. surah ni berkenaan dengan membuka pintu rezeki. mudah-mudahan. lagi satu, boleh la baca ayat seribu dinar pada hari interview. tetapkan dalam hati, minta pada Tuhan supaya dipermudahkan urusan interview. sekiranya tak dapat pun, mungkin bukan rezeki tapi awak dah try sehabis baik dan terpulang kepada interviewer untuk hire awak. awak cuba dan awak berserah. mungkin ada yang lebih baik tunggu awak di masa akan datang, cuma kita tak tau bila dan bagaimana akan dapat. mungkin ada kesusahan yang menanti sekiranya awak dapat keje ni n membebankan awak. we never know what will happen in the future. rite?

trust ur instinct. work harder. believe Tuhan akan tolong. buat sehabis baik dan berserah. u will soon find ur way {ah sudah, macam lirik maher zain pulak ni} ekekekekkkk.
for those yang tau, i already resigned from old company. nampak macam senang sangat kot berenti keje n keje tak tetap ni kan. well, it's life. everybody will search for ones yang suit them. this is normal. ibarat cakap bos lama. people come n people go. n we don't expect for people to stay for long. yedak?
whether i dah stat keje atau tak, i believe it's not a concern for the stalker. in an easy way, u can assume me in any conditions possible for a leaver. maybe i sambung belajar? maybe i dah stat keje lain? maybe i lepak je kat umah taknak keje2? maybe i am outside of my hometown? ahh, a lot of possibilities dat u can think of. i'm not a stalker, so i find myself not to bother with what's happening in other people's life.
