1. latest news read from cari on 17 dec 2010.. spr daftarkan hampir 180k pengundi baru, tapi 50k ada masalah disebabkan bantahan dan sedang disiasat oleh spr sekarang ni.. kononnyer lah.. tak tau la sejauh mana kebenarannyer n kesohehannyer tu.. bagi sesiapa yang telah layak untuk mengundi ni, sila la jejak2 ke pejabat pos terdekat untuk mendaftar yer.. bagi yang belum bertindak lagi lah.. but for those yang dah mendaftar tapi belum tau lagi status tu, sila lah jenguk2 website semakan daftar pemilih ni key.. type jer ic number penuh takder space n sempang2, walla.. terus tau status on daerah mengundi, dun dan perlimen.. penting ni nak confirm, lebih2 lagi yang baru2 daftar.. fyi, i mendaftar lama dah.. ala2 sejurus selepas pru lepas.. memang rugi sangat sebab tak berkesempatan nak menentukan masa depan pemerintah kawasan sendiri.. summore tak aware bab2 mengundi n pru ni.. la ni, tak lama dah nak datang pru next.. so nanti, boleh la join sekali the fun mengundi.. masa depan negara ni terletak di tangan kita sebagai pengundi2 ni tau.. jangan berlengah2 lagi bagi yang belum mendaftar yer.. lakukan yang termampu untuk mengubah nasib negeri n kawasan masing2.. hoho..


2. there's no such thing of lack of job opportunity yer.. it's a lie, seriously.. kalau belek job classified section in the star newspaper hari sabtu, alot i tell u.. siap ada the whole set purposely memang untuk iklan keje jer.. have been in dis admin/hr field n will keep being in dis, exposing myself to the challenges which relate to the human factors.. in the job field is the employees especially lah.. employer is the tokeh, not to comment too much la.. specifically focus on the employees n employee-to-be.. i myself pun penah handle phone n one-on-one interview.. arranged n meet new people for the appointments.. currently pun, dah banyak tengok criteria calon2 yang di-reject.. oh, tu dalam bahasa kasar la pulak.. perhaps calon yang tak memenuhi syarat2 kot.. i've seen the resumes.. on how they talked thru phone.. the determination.. takut2 even though the position is high n stable.. don't be, okey.. once u get-inside the job field, u must always aware of the surroundings.. peluang datang tak dijangka.. u yourself pun will automatically react either yes, or no by just coming to the interview.. mungkin u tak sesuai keje dengan melayu but u shine in the chinese company.. maybe the location of the company buat u tak selesa, nak2 plak nak kena berebut parking lah segala especially di kawasan office yang sesak gitu with little parking space atau u takder transport untuk memudahkan pekerjaan or perjalanan pi keje yang jem menyesakkan kepala fighting with the traffic pagi2 buta.. guess, the most important part of all is u have to be ready.. physically n mentally.. confident with yourself.. speak gud english.. brave n know what u're talking about.. fluent enuf to speak with the interviewer.. berlatih.. hmm.. banyak tu nak kene get ready.. once u dah stat interview, u will get the pola dan boleh adjust depend on ur needs.. trust me.. umm.. bab job opportunity tu.. takyah la pesimis sangat when u only want to work in ur study's field.. sumtime benda yang u belajar tu benda yang u tak minat.. but when u come into work field, tebuslah kembali dan kerja sebaik mungkin.. who knows, ur future is very bright in the field that u decide to jump in after graduation.. time n effort will tell dat.. so, jangan berfikiran sempit sangat la.. just grab the opportunity n u soon will know what u're capable of n ur strength in life.. earn for a living.. keje yang halal dan happy di tempat keje sangat membahagiakan.. even though keje extremely banyak n overload, u will still find the fun in ur life.. don't mess dat around.. enjoy life.. enjoy duit gaji.. hoho.. don't worry too much lah kalau gaji sket.. patience will bring victory.. okey?? hoho..


3. bertimbang rasa adalah antara main ingredients dalam menjayakan sesuatu perhubungan.. eh, when talk about perhubungan ni from many different aspects lah.. friendship, with the lurve ones, family.. tak dilupakan with the strangers.. give n take lah kata omputih.. bagi contoh sket lebih mudah kot.. paling senang ialah perhubungan di atas jalan raya.. dengan give n take tu lah membawa kepada kelancaran traffic.. cuba bayangkan if everybody doesn't give way.. hoho, sampai ke sudah lah tak sampai ke destinasi tu.. iyer dak?? dah suma berhimpit n showing f finger plak antara satu sama lain.. tak masuk pulak yang treat jalan raya tu cam sendiri punya bawak slow in between 2 lanes.. hoho.. kalau dari segi friendship plak, how to say?? jangan mendesak la kot.. don't take it too serious lah if the other party doesn't give the information as per ur expectation.. boleh kan gitu?? ohoho.. suma orang ada privacy masing2.. even for a friendship n between close friends, there are still some invisible boundaries that limit the stuffs dat can be shared or not.. hmm, must bear dat in mind so that always aware bout dis small thing dat can torn the close relationship gitu.. are u agree with me folks??


4. honk! if you're malaysian.. by lydia teh.. is a very gud book for those who love the harmony of the malaysian.. reminiscing the old days.. learning about the culture in malaysia.. complete with the detailed observation of the people here in the motherland.. as reviewed by adibah amin in the introduction section, dis book captures the complexity of our society in her own special style, which characterized by the frankness, vitality and humour.. by reading dis, u will actually realize that malaysian within their niche really have their own unique assimilation between all the races united here.. one of the top choice picks is the malaysian rubber time which stressed on the meaning of "on the way" and "five minutes".. manglish?? all malaysian speak them.. malaysia boleh, everything n every record oso can.. another one, the savvy shopper revealed how a malaysian can shop without having to pay a single cent.. n of course, food-lah.. how kuih bangkit can be in the malays n chinese open houses.. me myself pun agak surprise when my chinese colleague berlenggang kangkung crunching muruku during deepavali n selalu lepak mamak during lunch.. hoho.. for those yang agak2 lama berada di luar negara n missing all dis malaysian thing bolehla belek2 dis book n laugh hard for these malaysian specialties.. who says dat nothing interesting in malaysia is totally wrong, okey.. hoho..


5. pr or public relation skills is truly the most important part in the front-line.. especially those yang direct contact with the customers n the ones yang provide the services.. sebagai contoh, the sales representatives.. customer service executives.. secretaries or personal assistants.. banking officers {oh, betul ker perkataan ni??}.. for a client point of view, discounts atau harga runtuh tu penting.. tapi more obvious, i will choose the ones having gud pr.. the ones yang greet customers with smiles.. tak segan2 melayan permintaan customer yang bukannyer bukan-bukan.. whom keeping in touch n membuatkan pelanggan selesa dalam berurusan.. dis part is where i still working on it to learn n adapt lah.. sum outlets having gud pr including my facial n beauty product which is zai's beauty formula sa, poh kong jeweleries di alam sentral n tesco extra sa dan elianto makeups in bukit tinggi, sa n sungai petani.. just to include some lah kan.. i'm really a bit choosy over service industry, okey.. lebih mementingkan perkhidmatan over price kot.. hoho..


oh well, well.. it's been raining like cats n dogs di luar petang2 tahun baru ni.. i better log out dulu lah kot ni.. happy new year everyone!! may all the cherish n happiness fill up your next 365 days n letak tepi lah all the sadness n the dull stories of 2010.. will y'all?? hoho..
